Removing Barriers to Your Healing
Accessible Care for Every Journey
Your path to healing should never be blocked by financial barriers. We work with most major insurance providers and offer flexible self-pay options so that care is within reach.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Better Days Therapy & Wellness is in-network with most major insurance providers. Please verify your specific coverage before your first session.
Verify Your Coverage
Insurance plans and coverage details vary. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, and co-pay before your first session. Our team is happy to assist you with this process â call us at (346) 254-7322.
Flexible Payment Options
For clients without insurance coverage or who prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer transparent self-pay rates and a sliding scale fee structure based on financial need.

Available upon request
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payments. Payment is collected at the time of service.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first session. This estimate will include the cost of all services reasonably expected to be provided in connection with your treatment.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For questions about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please contact us directly at (346) 254-7322 or Send an Email.
